This precision blow molded plastic bottle highlighted here was designed for use as a wall mounted hand sanitizer dispenser. It represents Lerner Molded Plastics ability to provide complete manufacturing solutions. Composed of a low-density polyethylene (LDPE), it was blow molded on our Dual 8 blow molding machine. This advanced capability allowed us to meet tolerances of ±0.10mm throughout the 100,000 we produced.
The 3.5 liter bottle featured a textured finish, the customer supplied engineering drawings called out dimensions of 287mm in length, 149mm in in width, 135.5mm in height, and nominal weight of 206b (±5g). We also provided complete logistical services, the entire project from manufacturing, to packout, and shipping were completed in 8 to 12 weeks and in full ISO compliance.
